Bobbie Ryder is the Executive Director for the Downtown Pullman Association. She is a licensed landscape architect, a certified planner, and a certified water aerobics instructor. Bobbie also is a retired professor from Washington State University and worked in WSU Capital Planning and Development as both a project manager and campus planner. All of the skills associated with each certification and previous jobs provide her with the skills needed to support the Downtown Pullman Association and to coordinate volunteers and committees.
