- Main Street Pedestrian Access: Pedestrian access will be maintained on Main Street throughout the construction period. There will be a pathway available for people to walk north or south through the construction area, accessible via either Pine Street or Kamiaken Street.
- Downtown Parking: Within 2-3 blocks from Main Street, there are several free parking options available, offering durations ranging from 30 minutes to 12 hours.
- Park & Ride: Options to park & ride utilizing the City of Pullman Transit.
