The Downtown Pullman Association Board of Directors are individuals within the community who care about the vitality of Downtown Pullman. Founded through a joint effort with the City of Pullman, Washington State University, and the Pullman Chamber of Commerce, the DPA owes its existence to the collaborative efforts of many individuals. Supported by grants, partnerships, individual contributions, and various promotional efforts, the DPA functions as a nonprofit entity. Under the governance of a Board of Directors elected by its members, the DPA utilizes the Main Street Four-Point Approach to propel revitalization efforts within the designated district.
