Downtown Pullman features over 445 free parking spaces, accommodating stays from 30 minutes to 12 hours, even during the ongoing Project Downtown Pullman construction. We suggest parking off NE Olsen and SE Paradise Street, utilizing the rear entrances at Brused Books and Neill’s Coffee & Ice Cream for easy access to downtown businesses.
BY FOOT
- Explore Downtown Pullman on foot and discover a vibrant district spanning approximately one and a half miles, featuring historic landmarks, locally-owned businesses, and a diverse array of shops and dining options.

BY CAR
- From Moscow, Idaho: Take Highway 270 East towards Pullman. Upon entering Pullman, proceed past the WSU Brelsford Visitor Center. SE Paradise Street, now temporarily a two-way street due to construction, will direct you downtown.
- From Spokane/Colfax: Travel on Highway 270 towards Pullman. Upon entering Pullman via NW Davis Way, continue straight onto NE Olsen Street.
- From Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport: Follow Airport Road and merge onto Highway 270 East towards Pullman, leading directly into downtown. Continue past the WSU Brelsford Visitor Center. SE Paradise Street, currently a temporary two-way street due to construction, will guide you downtown.
BY PUBLIC TRANSIT
- Looking to get downtown via public transport in Pullman? Utilize the City of Pullman’s public transportation system, which includes a route that stops at Neill Public Library. From there, you can easily access the entire downtown district. For route details and stop information, please visit the City of Pullman’s public transport website.
- Flying into or out of the Pullman‑Moscow Regional Airport? Utilize Pullman Transit’s new pilot project starting May 22, 2024, with bus service connecting the airport to the City of Pullman. The Downtown Pullman stop is located at the Transfer Station. For route details and schedules, please visit the Pullman Transit website.
